Do you like shopping? Do you prefer small shops or big department stores?

In the world, there are huge shopping centres where people can find almost
everything. The biggest shopping centre in the world is the Iran Mall; it is located

in Tehran, the capital city of Iran. Apart from 2500 shops, customers can also
find non-shopping spaces, like a mosque, a museum, art galleries, theatres and

cinemas, playing areas for children and a hotel. Furthermore, for people who love
sport, there are cycling and hiking routes, numerous sport fields, swimming pools,

tennis courts, and a large ice rink. But, what about Italy? The Arese Shopping
Centre, called “Il Centro”, located near Milan, is Italy’s largest shopping mall. It
has been built on the site where the Alfa Romeo factory was years ago, with the

shape of old Lombard courts. Inside the mall, there are more than 200 shops, 25 INGLESE cl. 5 a Scheda n. 1
restaurants, many cafés, an indoor and outdoor sport centre, a health diagnostic

centre, a cosy nursery with all the comforts for mums, and kids playing areas.
