        1. Complete the text using the words in the box.

        Candy canes are made of food colouring and sugar.

        These materials all have the properties of dissolving in water and vinegar

        forming solution.

        They  also  have  the  properties  of  not  dissolving  in  liquids  that  are

        immiscible with water (for example, oil).

        With these liquids sugar and food colouring form a non-solution.
